Picking up Momentum

Today has been a very productive day! It started with my first Insanity workout at my Fit Club. There were 4 of us there dying! LOL. I didn't have a babysitter but the girls were great and stayed out of the way, for the most part.

I got a call from the local Senior Center. They are excited about my proposal to teach a free workout class once a week! I'm very excited about this! I'll be getting more information soon, and should be starting it up next week sometime.

I've got a few more contacts this week. And LOTS of feedback and interest. Also, my new youtube video hit over 125 views in 24 hours! YES!

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE what I do?? Where else can you work from home, do what you love AND help others to improve their quality of life (while also improving your own)?!
