Challenge Group FAQs

What makes Beachbody Challenge Groups so effective?
I'm a big proponent of challenges. They are highly motivational, and everyone who participates tends to commit themselves even more by being together. When you are in a small group, communication is much easier, you hold eachother accountable, and push eachother more than if you were in a larger group. And you can always count on some serious competition, forcing you to achieve better results than you could've otherwise. When you have competition, encouragement, accountability, and support from 5 other people it is literally a recipe for success! If you truly want to acheive your fitness goals, you're not going to find a better way than in a Challenge Group!

How do I join a challenge group? The first thing you need to do is make me your coach if I'm not already. As you may not know, it is free to make me your coach (click here to do so). By making me your coach, you will have constant access to me. I'm here to answer questions and give support. I will be checking in daily with each challenge group.
Next, you have to be taking Shakeology and using a Beachbody program (such as P90X, Insanity, Turbofire, etc...) The reason Shakeology is a requirement is because it is a product I use and believe in 100%. I recommend it to everyone I know, especially friends and family! If you want to get the best results, then you need to be using Shakeology every day, combined with a healthy diet and workout program. As of TODAY Beachbody just released new Challenge Packs that include Shakeology, a workout program, and a FREE 30 day club membership, all at a discounted price.
Once you purchase a Challenge Pack (or meet all the requirements), email me at joshandjenivey@gmail.com and I will pair you with 4 other people who have the same goals and are as commited as you are, I'll create our own exclusive Facebook group, and we'll get started!!
What will I need once I'm in a Challenge Group? The first thing you will need is to share your goals with me and everyone else in the challenge group. Once in the group, you will need to post daily that you've completed your workout, followed the diet, and ask any questions or provide support for the other members. While going through your journey, you're going to want to take photos every 2 weeks to share with the group. This way you can show your results and stay commited! If you want, you can hold certain challenges with your group as well. Such as who loses the most weight in 30 days.
Are there any Prizes? YES! Beachbody will be giving away daily, monthly, quarterly, and even a grand prize of $100,000 for those people with the best results! (Learn more about these prizes here)
